Xerox Global Services has many disparate repositories for knowledge regarding their competitors, in addition to knowledge that resides in the heads of their sales force. XGS wanted to be able to provide a cohesive location for XGS employees, sales and headquarters, to access information about key competitors as well as contribute their own knowledge about the competition.

competitive insights in one place

Competipedia is a one-stop-shop location for XGS competitor information. The application is based on the Wikipedia style of knowledge sharing and is built to facilitate field staff ability to include their competitive insights on the site as well as update existing insights with the latest information. The site also provides a tool set, which then generates an action plan for the specific deal. The site is also expanding from solely competitor-based information to include Industry based information.

Working with our agency partner, Roberts Communications and XGS we helped define XGS business logic and worked with XGS client to architect and program the site as well as all of the reporting tools for the site, which is hosted and supported by us.
