Wegmans was looking for a web partner for several public-facing projects to better communicate their unique products and services online. These projects required expertise, energy, fresh thinking, responsiveness and passion to digest the challenge and develop effective solutions.

The scope of projects included flash microsites, online tools, external restaurant sites and a stand-alone cooking video site. These projects featured user interaction and customization, animation, contests, video and editable content through custom-built admins.

Working directly with Wegmans creative, project and IT departments, we consulted, designed, developed, hosted and provided detailed reporting.


over-delivering the goods

Expectations have consistently been exceeded as each new project enriches the Wegmans online experience. Most recently, the minor investment Wegmans made to build the turkey dinner online ordering tool yielded several hundreds of thousands in new sales that otherwise would have been left untapped. Wegmans willingness to invest in an innovative sales channel opened the door for future revenue opportunities with ordering online summer catering and coming soon fall catering.
